My loved one is very weak, is this going to be too exhausting for them?

We completely understand. Our interviews are designed to be gentle and flexible, with your loved one’s comfort as our top priority. We can break the session into shorter segments, pause whenever needed, and conduct the interview bedside or wherever they feel most at ease. Even a few moments of sharing can create a powerful legacy.

What if we’re running out of time, can you accommodate us quickly?

Yes. We offer priority scheduling for hospice clients and can typically conduct the interview within 24–72 hours. We’ll work around your timeline and availability to ensure your loved one’s story is captured while they’re still able and willing to share.

They’re not sure they have anything important to say, is it even worth it?

Every life is worth remembering. Even the smallest stories, about favorite meals, lessons learned, or memories of raising a family, can become priceless treasures for future generations. Our guided questions help draw out meaningful reflections, values, and heartfelt moments, even from those who may doubt the significance of their story.

I’m afraid this might be emotionally overwhelming for them and for us.

That’s a valid concern. These interviews can be emotional, but they are also incredibly healing and mimic reminiscence therapy. Many families find comfort, connection, and even joy in this process. It’s a way to honor your loved one’s life, affirm their legacy, and create something beautiful out of this sacred time together.

What happens if they pass before we finish the process?

If your loved one is unable to complete the full interview, we will preserve whatever was captured, whether it’s 10 minutes or 30 and create a meaningful tribute with the footage we have.
