That’s completely normal and we’re here to help! Our interviews are warm, relaxed conversations guided with empathy and patience. Most participants forget the camera is even there after a few minutes. We take the time to create a safe, comfortable environment where your loved one can simply share stories as if talking to a friend.
I don’t know where to start what if we forget to include important parts of their life?
We’ve got you covered. We use a carefully crafted question guide that covers all the meaningful chapters of a life story, from childhood and career to family memories and personal values. Plus, we tailor each interview to your loved one’s unique journey to make sure nothing important is left out.
My Mom isn’t tech-savvy, how do we access the final video and photos?
You don’t need any technical skills. Once completed, we deliver everything in an easy-to-access digital format that you can download or stream from any device. We also provide physical formats upon request, such as USB drives. It’s simple and shareable with your entire family.
What if my loved one has some memory loss or struggles recalling details?
We take a gentle, flexible approach. Our interview style is supportive and non-pressured. If they need help remembering, we guide them with prompts and follow-up questions or just simply move on and come back to that question.
